Tai Wai is a registered Property Manager with the Board of Valuers, Appraisers, Estate Agents and Property Manager (BOVAEP/LPPEH). He holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting and Information Systems from Curtin University of Technology, Perth, Australia. He is a Chartered Accountant with the Malaysian Institute of Accountants and a fellow of CPA Australia as well as a Certified Financial Planner.
He has more than thirty (30) years experience ranging from general management, corporate advisory and risk management to financial management and information technology.
Of the above, Mr Goh has more than twenty (20) years experience managing multiple property portfolios since 2001. He manages all aspects of the property portfolio, from acquisition to disposal, including but not limited to the financial, legal, maintenance, tenancy and others.
On the financial side, he oversees and advises on the financial management of all the properties. Examples of financial management will include record keeping, budgets, administers income and expenses, insurance, sales and purchases, leases and others.
To enhance the value of the properties, he also supervises the maintenance and upkeep of the properties. This will not only include the building itself but the fixtures and furnishing as well.
Additionally, he is familiar with the legalities surrounding properties especially on stratified properties. This knowledge has greatly helped resolved issues faced by the management bodies of a few properties.
In 2018, Mr Goh decided to capitalize on his years of experience and knowledge by offering property related consultancy specializing in Strata Management Act compliance, building maintenance and debt management. This eventually resulted in the formation of Urban Ace Property Management (PM(3)2839), a boutique registered property management firm in 2019.

Caleb has over 5 years of experience in managing properties and has experience in managing different types of properties from residentials to mixed developments which include a 5-star international hotel. He is a seasoned professional in managing and maintaining assets with his skills in upkeep and maintenance, budgeting, reporting and financial analysis.
His technical experience encompasses from major renovation/refurbishment such as building refurbishment, waterproofing, building upgrading/enhancement and various repairs like pump overhaul, piping modification to maintenance of Air-Conditioning, Mechanical Ventilation (ACMV), chiller system, Building Monitoring System (BMS) and others.
He is well versed in Strata Management Act 2013 and is up to date on the latest developments. He is also attentive to the market trends and industry standards and with these exposures, he is able to provide clients with valuable insights and advices.
Caleb is also a specialist in DLP (Defect Liability Period) inspections that has helped many stakeholders identify major and minor defects and even foreseeable consequential defects. Various JMBs, MCs and even developers have benefited from his advice and feedback.

Additionally, Hoong Weng has experience in administration and compliance, and understands the importance of maintaining regulatory compliance and following established protocols. He is skilled in implementing and executing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of operations in managing properties.
